By using this Website to make reservations, you hereby authorize the Restaurant and us to use your personal information including credit/ debit card information that you provide to us for the purpose of the reservation.
You may only make reservations through this Website for yourself and your guests. If you intend to book more than one (1) table at the Restaurant for the same period on behalf of one or more guests, you must contact the Restaurant directly to make the reservation. You are prohibited from using this Website for the purposes of reselling, posting, advertising or marketing reservations (whether online or otherwise) to third parties including online agents, third-party owned websites, or travel agents.
The Restaurant reserves the right to require detailed information to confirm the reservation ( e.g. name, email address, telephone number, pre-payment ). The Restaurant has the absolute discretion to refuse to confirm the reservation if the identity does not match with the person mentioned in your reservation. We reserve the right to cancel or modify at our sole discretion any reservations that have been made in breach of the Terms and Conditions or for false, fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.
When you want to celebrate a special event or reserve for a group larger then 8 persons the reservation has to be made by contacting the Restaurant.
Depending on the group booking requirements the below may apply:
– Groups between 8-15 persons will be requested to have a set menu for a smooth flow of service and an advance payment of 25% to secure the booking
– Groups above 15 persons will be requested to have a set menu for a smooth flow of service and an advance payment of 100% to assure the reservation
In the event of booking the venue exclusive, a venue hire charge will be applicable together with a set menu. To confirm the reservation a 100% payment have to be made prior.
For special occasions as New Year Eve, Christmas , Easter or when entertainment event is applicable 100% payment has to be made to confirm the reservation at least 4 days before the reservation date.
The cancellation policy of any reservation may vary depending on the event rates, occupancy levels, availability or other requirements. The cancellation policy will normally be provided to you along with the confirmation of your reservation. Any cancellation of your reservation through this Website must comply with the cancellation policy applicable to the reservation.
The Restaurant reserves the right to cancel the reservation in case of maintenance issue, payment non-confirmation or other emergency situations.
For bookings below eight (8) persons when the reservation is made for one of our Live Entertainment Theme Nights the below cancellation procedures are applicable:
– Seventy two (72) hours prior the event no cancellation fee is applicable
– Forty eight (48) hours prior the event 50% from the total charge will be applicable
– Twenty four (24) hours prior the event no refund will be applicable and 100% of the payment will be deducted.
For groups above 8 persons when the reservation is cancelled by the guest charges are applicable as mentioned below:
– Group bookings cancelled four (4) days in advance no charges are applicable
– Group bookings with pre-payment cancelled seventy two (72) hours in advance a charge of 25% from the payment will be applicable.
– Group bookings with pre-payment cancelled forty eight (48) hours in advance a charge of 50% from the payment will be applicable.
– Group bookings with pre-payment cancelled twenty four (24) hours in advance a charge of 100% from the payment will be applicable.
Large group reservations that require exclusive hire of the venue the cancellations fees are as listed below:
-Cancellation prior two (2) weeks no charges will be applicable
-Cancellation prior one(1) week 50% of the payment charges will be applicable
-Cancellation prior three(3) days or less 100% of the payment charges will be applicable.
Food items cancellation will be accepted only in the event of quality issues and the dish in original must be send back to the restaurant for investigation.
Where applicable, you may charge the purchase of goods and services including food and beverage.You are personally liable for the full payment of all such charges which may include any applicable service charges, duties, taxes, or tariffs. You are required to pay and settle all such charges fully upon receiving the Restaurant invoice.
The restaurant is accepting the below payment types:
– Cash in local currency and following foreign currency at the Company rate ( USD, EURO,SAR, GBP)
– Credit card or debit card
– EPG online payment
– Bank transfer
– Cheque only in exceptional situation and subject to Management approval.
All payments made by you are subject to your respective bank’s charges for foreign transaction fees, where applicable. Additional foreign exchange fees may also apply if any other currency, which is not from your originating issued card’s country, is selected to be charged.

Food Order Incomplete Dine in
In the rare occasion that you do not receive the food that is on your receipt we will remove the charges. Cancellation of food after order has been placed will be accepted only if the food haven’t been prepare. If the food had been prepared we will apply the usual charges.
Food Dissatisfaction Dine In
We cook our food fresh to order with only the finest and freshest ingredients. We take great care and pride in all of the dishes we make. Please contact the manager on duty for any quality issues and will proceed with and investigation and replacement of the dish. If you do not wish to have a replacement the charges of the dish will not be applicable if after investigation, we will advise it was a kitchen error. For food order that doesn’t match with the guest taste but had been chosen by the guest when placing the order, we will not be liable of any refund or exchange.
Food Order Incomplete Delivery
In the rare occasion that you do not receive food that is on your receipt, we will make it up to you. Please call us as soon as you notice that any food items were not received in your order. You may cancel the missed food before we prepare it without any question, and we will refund the amount to a credit card, cash refund or we will refund you with a store credit.
Food Dissatisfaction Delivery
We cook our food fresh to order with only the finest and freshest ingredients. We take great care and pride in all of the dishes we make. Please call us immediately if you receive unsatisfactory food caused by a dislike or objects in the food. We will need the food returned in the original container(s) so we may investigate and deal with the issue. We will prepare you a new food order. If you do not wish to receive a new dish, we may refund the amount to a credit card, cash refund or we will refund you with a store credit only after we receive the food in the original container(s) and have confirmed the error to the discretion of the manager on duty
Take away
In the occasion that you take away food from our restaurant the disclaimer form has to be signed and we will not be liable of any issues occurred.
Services
The refund of any booking deposit will be done in accordance with the cancellation policy. If the booking is cancelled as per the cancellation policy, we will be able to refund the remaining about after charges within 14 days or we can hold and transfer to another date when you would like to reschedule the booking.
The Restaurant retains the right to provide delivery service only through delivery partners approved: Deliveroo. No other delivery services are applicable.
The Restaurant provides Take Away options for the Food and Non-alcoholic beverages.
When using the Takeaway procedure, the guest must sign a disclaimer form that will exempt the restaurant from being liable for any mishandling of the food or beverage that was purchased.
